To reserve a date 50% of the rental fee is due plus cleaning fee and security deposit. The remaining 50% balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to rental.
Security Deposit is a STANDARD $200.00 for all events
Cleaning Fee is a STANDARD $150.00 for all events

$100 for each additional hour

Evenings (5:00pm-Midnight)
3 hours $500
$100 for each additional hour

Additional hours can be added for $200/HR.
Afternoon/Evening Rates:

An Event Liability Insurance Policy is required for all large events and those serving alcohol. Insurance certificates must state the following:
Eighteen-Eighteen Venue is listed as an Additional Insured and provided Waiver of Subrogation in respects to the General Liability Policy as required by written contract.
