Standard Rates
To reserve a date 50% of
the rental fee is due plus cleaning fee and security deposit. The
remaining 50% balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to rental.
Security Deposit is a STANDARD $200.00 for all events
Cleaning Fee is a STANDARD $150.00 for all events
Monday - Thursday:
Daytime (7:30am-4:30pm)
3 hour min $300
$100 for each additional hour
Evenings (5:00pm-Midnight)
3 hours $600
$200 for each additional hour

(8:30am-12:30pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm)

Any 4 hours between 8:00am-2:00pm $600
Additional hours can be added for
$200/HR.

The rates below include rates for April, May, and December and are subject to change.

An Event Liability Insurance Policy is required for all large events and those serving alcohol. Insurance
certificates must state the following:
Eighteen-Eighteen
Venue is listed as an Additional Insured and provided Waiver of
Subrogation in respects to the General Liability Policy as
required by written contract.
