We had my father’s funeral reception at Eighteen-Eighteen Venue and it was beautiful! It was spacious for the whole family, extended family and friends. It was gorgeous and just beautiful! Bar was big enough for all the food and drinks. Thank you! It was very beautiful and elegant. I would hold another event at Eighteen-Eighteen Venue again.

Eighteen eighteen venue is amazing! It is the perfect size for a small group or up to 100 people. It is decorated so cute and the big bay doors that you can open to the outside patio are so beautiful. It would be a great pace to have a company party, baby or wedding shower, anniversary party or birthday party. I had my son’s A&M graduation party there and we had a fabulous time. The owners are great to work with also!! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

We rented this beautiful venue for a graduation party January 15th. From the moment I booked, the owner was super friendly, helpful, and available to answer texts, phone calls, and emails - so great to work with! She has thought of everything and walks through all you need to customize the lights, table setup, music, TV - made things stress-free. The place is super cute - and our guests loved it. It was perfect for our intimate gathering of about 50. We even had plenty of room to dance!
I rented site unseen and the only thing that I didn't know was that the restrooms are on the outside - 1 men's, 1 women's. It works and they're well-stocked and clean. It was super windy and cold the night of our event, so if you had to go out it was cooold.
All in all...great place, great owner, great time and many great memories were made!

I came across Eighteen Eighteen on social media and it stuck with me as a place I would love to have an event. I am so happy to say that I was able to host a baby shower here this weekend and it was just as perfect as I imagined it would be! Management is extremely communicative and helpful, it is so easy to submit payment, and the venue is very modern when it comes to setting up electronics for music/tv/etc.
I loved the location so much. The size was perfect for our group. My favorite part was the doors that come up to open onto the patio! Also super awesome that they have a really nice bar in there. We used it to set all the food on and it was great. They provide tables, chairs and have linens available for rent. I also rented a beautiful neon sign from them that tied together the entryway!

Our family Christmas gathering was so much fun at the 1818 Venue on Christmas Day. Charissa made it feel like you stepped into your own living room filled with holiday decorations and a warm feeling in the air with the sounds of our favorite Christmas Carols and a beautiful Christmas tree to put all our Christmas gifts under. There was plenty of room for adult games and comfortable chairs with a huge bar for our buffet and tables for our desserts. The bathrooms were very clean. The kids had plenty of room outside to play games and lots of room for parking. Would recommend this venue for any party or family gathering. Thank you Jason and Charissa for a memorable day for the whole family. Everyone wants to come back next year.

Charissa was such a joy to work with for our daughter’s 15th birthday! Eighteen Eighteen venue was the PERFECT place. Everything about it was perfect and we couldn’t ask for anything more. As of Feb 4th I became a widow, it was during this COVID time. My neighbor, Charrisa and Jason Siegert did a renovation job on our old community center and they had done a fabulous job on it. Many of our neighbors have passed and we could not get together and celebrate there loved one’s lives. The Siegert’s so graciously head up a wonderful Celebration of Life for so many friends and neighbors, it was held at the new 1818 Venue, it’s a wonderful small venue for near anything you would want to celebrate. BEAUTIFUL small event venue located in Bryan, Tx. This venue is great for baby showers, bridal showers, business meetings, etc.
They have big overhead doors that bring in so much natural lighting. When the doors are rolled up it leads directly to the outside patio.

A really nice midsized venue. I was there for a rehearsal dinner. There were about 50 people. The venue was full, but not packed, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Recommended for any gathering 30-60 people.
